Readiness career is matter the determining basis quality performance someone in place work . Readiness career is very necessary especially bye employees who are following the training period like employee with management trainee status. There is a number of aspects that influence quality readiness career somebody namely from aspect cognitive such as learning agility, aspects affective such as adversity quotient and aspect interest in choose career . Therefore that , the goal from study This is For test whether learning agility, adversity quotient and career interest involvement influence readiness career employee with management trainee status
Subject study This is participants in the form of employees who are following a management trainee program at a company in Padang city . Recruitment techniques sample used in study This is purposive sampling technique . The instrument used is size contextual performance in the form of scale , scale attachment work , and scale perception support organization . Data analysis techniques used in study This is analysis regression or analysis impact . Research conducted in June to August 2024.
